Know which ad
brought the phone number
Ads Manager tells you clicks and messages. Your inbox knows who left a phone number. Ads Zone puts the two side by side for every ad — and a Data Analyst tells you where the money is leaking.
Running in three steps
Sign in, pick the accounts, ask.
Sign in to Meta or Google
Sign in with the account you advertise with and tick the ad accounts to follow — including the client accounts under a Google Ads manager account.
The last 90 days arrive
The last 30 days come first, then the rest of the 90, and from then on a read every night. The board fills in as the days land.
Ask the Data Analyst
Ask in your own words: which ads are wasting money, which platform deserves the next budget, why phone numbers dropped on Tuesday.

Measured in what you sell from
A message is not a customer. A phone number is closer.
Cost per phone number, per ad
Conversations that started from an ad are counted in your inbox, with the phone numbers customers left. Spend divided by those is what an ad really costs you — not cost per message.
How the AI Inbox catches phone numbersMoney leaking, in money
Ads spending for days with nothing back, cost per phone climbing on a campaign, ads that bring chats but no numbers, creative worn out by frequency, delivery problems — each with the amount at stake.
A Data Analyst beside the board
It reads the board you are looking at, asks the ad platform for today's numbers and for breakdowns by age, gender, region, placement, device and hour, and says how sure it is.
Meta and Google on one page
Spend, leads, cost per lead and click-through rate of both platforms over the same period, so the next budget goes where it works.
What changed, and when
The account's change history sits beside the numbers: a budget raised on Monday night is right there when cost per phone jumps on Tuesday.
A board, not a report
Overview, leaderboard, platforms and changes, with a period filter on every tab. Duplicate it to make it your own.

Ads Manager vs. Ads Zone
The same Monday question, two ways.
Ads Manager counts messages; nobody knows which of them left a phone number.
Every ad's spend sits next to the phone numbers your inbox got from it.
Meta in one tab, Google in another, a spreadsheet to compare them.
Both platforms on one board, over the same period.
"Why did leads drop?" means scrolling the activity log.
The Data Analyst lines the drop up with the change that came before it.
A weak ad keeps spending until someone notices.
Wasted spend shows up ranked by how much it is costing.
Questions about Ads Zone
Before you connect an account.
No. It asks Meta and Google for read access only. It never creates, pauses or edits campaigns, budgets or ads.
From your 2pm.space inbox. When a customer messages you from an ad and leaves a phone number in the chat, the conversation is counted against that ad. Without the inbox, Ads Zone still shows spend, leads and conversions from the platforms.
Free accounts are read every night, and the last 28–30 days are re-read daily so late conversions are corrected. Accounts on hourly reads are read every hour, and the Data Analyst can always ask the platform for today's numbers.
Two ad accounts per platform, read nightly with 90 days of history, are free. Hourly reads, an on-demand refresh and older history are paid from your workspace credits; the price is shown before you buy.
Ads Zone is in early access while Meta and Google finish reviewing our access. Talk to us to have it switched on for your workspace.
