Pricing questions
The things worth knowing before you add the first credit.
There is no paid tier and no feature held back behind one. Every agent, every channel, the inbox, the boards, the content calendar and the Drive are open to every workspace. What you pay for is the AI itself — the tokens a model actually processes — because that is a cost we pay a provider on your behalf, not a margin we are protecting.
Whatever the provider charges. We do not mark up the per-token rate: a request to a given model debits your balance at that model’s own published price. The platform takes its cut once, as a flat fee when you add credit, rather than by quietly inflating every rate.
A 10% platform fee on the credit, and payment processing on the subtotal. Adding $100 of credit means $100 lands in your balance and the card is charged $121. The checkout prices this server-side and shows you the exact total before you pay — the number you see is the number billed.
No. Invite the whole team, define as many roles and teams as you need, and connect as many channels as you have. Usage is usage regardless of how many people generate it, so adding a colleague costs nothing until they actually run something.
Storage above the included base. Every workspace gets 1 GB of workspace storage and 2 GB of backup storage; beyond that, workspace storage is $1.50 per GB per month and backup storage $0.30 per GB per month, because those are ongoing disk costs rather than a one-off call. Everything else — agent runs, image generation, training runs — comes out of credit.
Runs that would spend credit stop, and the workspace stays exactly where it is — nothing is deleted and nothing is downgraded. Top up and it resumes. You can also cap monthly spend per member, so one person cannot drain a shared balance.
