Delete your 2pm account

Deletion is immediate and needs nobody's approval:

1. Open the 2pm app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings — the tab in the bottom bar, or the row of the same name in the menu that opens from ☰.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Read what the screen lists: workspace by workspace, whether you are simply removed from it, or whether it is deleted along with your account because you are its last owner.
5. Confirm. The account and its data are erased at that moment.

Message us on Telegram from the email address the account uses, or write to the developer address shown on our Google Play listing, and ask for the account to be deleted. We verify that the request comes from the account holder and complete it within 30 days.

• Your account itself — the sign-in record holding your name, email address and credentials. It is removed, not deactivated.
• Your membership of every workspace you belong to.
• Any workspace you are the last owner of, together with everything held inside it: its customer conversations and messages, photos, videos and files attached to them, contact records, agents, settings and API keys.
• Invitations still addressed to your email that nobody has accepted.

• Workspaces that carry on. Where other owners remain, the workspace is not deleted — it belongs to the organisation rather than to you. Customer conversations there, including messages you sent to customers while you worked in it, stay part of that workspace's history and under its control. Your account no longer appears in it and no longer has access.
• Backups a workspace made of itself. A workspace can export snapshots of its own data; those belong to the workspace and follow the retention it has configured.
• Operational backups. Encrypted database backups may still hold residual copies until they are overwritten in the normal backup cycle. They are never used to restore a deleted account.

Nothing else is retained. There is no grace period on the account itself and no way to undo the deletion — if you want your workspace to survive you, hand ownership to a teammate before deleting.
